INGREDIENTS

Slided Bread 

Mali UHT Plain Flavor* 200 g.

Non - Dairy Half Creamer Mali Gold 100 g.

Orchid Unslated Butter* 15 g.

Corn Starch 15 g.

Boiled Spinach 200 g.

Ham 30 g.

Chopped Onion 10 g.

Minced Garlic 10 g.

Cheese

Salt and Pepper

DIRECTIONS


1.  Heat Orchid Salted Butter* with flour and set to one side.

2. Fry the onion and garlic until fragrant. Add spinach and boiled ham and stir until dry.

3. Blend in Non - Dairy Half Creamer Mali Gold*, Mali UHT Plain Flavor* and the prepared Orchid Butter Plain Flavor* and flour and bring to a simmer. 

4. Let cool then pour the mixture onto bread and cover with cheese. Bake until the desired color. Ready to eat.
