INGREDIENTS

Non - Dairy Half Creamer Mali Gold* 250 ml.

Mali Sweetened Condense Milk* 1/2 can

Mali UHT Plain Flavor* ¼ cup

Coconut milk 250 ml.

Chopped Pandan 1 ¼ cup

Egg 3 

Cornstarch 2 tps.

Salt ¼  tsp.

 

DIRECTIONS


1. Blend chopped pandan, coconut milk, eggs and Non Dairy - Half Creamer Mali Gold* then filter and discard solids.

2. Mix cornstarch with, Mali UHT Plain Flavor* milk in a pan and stir. Add Mali Sweetened Condensed Milk*, salt and pepper to taste.

3. Bring the mix to a simmer and stir in Mali Gold Non Dairy - Half Creamer until evenly condensed.

4. Serve with steamed buns.
